Runtime Settings
Configure keyless access, loader messages, heartbeats, and build-affecting options.
These settings belong to each script. Only Protection preset and Fast mode change compiler output and queue a new build. Other settings are read by the loader or edge authorization flow.
| Setting | Effect |
|---|---|
| Keyless | Allows the script to run without a license key. A run without a valid key is not marked as premium. |
| Quiet | Hides Luaward's own informational loader messages. |
| Heartbeat | Enables periodic online checks for keyed sessions. The edge currently requests checks every 90 seconds. |
| Fast mode | Adds the lightweight source transformation; changing it queues a build. |
| Auto rebuild | The setting is present in the editor, but the current build worker does not act on it. Do not rely on it to create builds automatically. |
Change a setting
Open the script in the Dashboard, change the setting, and save. If the setting affects compiled output, follow the new build until it is Ready. Keep the old loader available while testing the new build.
